Getting my very first tattoo with artist Rafael was a pleasure, and I felt completely safe and reassured throughout the entire process. He was polite, friendly, very clean, sanitized everything, and he has gorgeous paintings on the walls that he did himself that were a pleasure to look at. The staff and the front desk were also friendly. The shop is located on the first level of the building, under the stairs, there are signs making it easy to know where to go. They accept cash only but have an ATM located next to the restroom in the back. Rafael's pricing was reasonable and he helped with size and placement of my requested design. Next time I want a tattoo I will be returning!

Both piercings (shoutouts Krissy) and tattoos are A+ here. I had a tattoo done by Aaron recently and I am so impressed by his cleanliness (immediately washing hands in the tattoo space) and following all sanitary guidelines. He has a very gentle and accurate hand! No blowouts or post tattoo issues to speak of. He's hilarious and a good hang during your session if you like to chat during your tattoo. I am normally a very shy and quiet person. Even attending a scheduled appointment is a social strain on me. Aaron made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He had everything prepared for our appointment and was ready to get started. Communication was easy btw and he never left me hanging during the planning process. I'm seriously gonna head back to Aaron the next time I need some ink, which nowadays seems to be all the time for me, heh. Thank you for the lovely tattoo and I look forward to the next one.

I had such an amazing experience at this piercing shop! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredible and everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. They did an AMAZING job on my nose piercing and nostril piercing. Everything was super clean, professional, and they explained the process so well, which really helped calm my nerves. The piercer was gentle, patient, and made sure I was happy with the placement before starting. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This shop is full of the nicest people ever, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know 🥹💖
